The dragonfly is amazing
oh how it flies in space
The dragonfly is amazing
How it stops in place
Look at it fly
Look at it glide
before it flies by
And fly high
Into the Earth's sky
Watch it stop and stare
At you it looks and glares
Was it amazed by its sight?
Or did it stop mid flight?
Who knows of its curiosity?
Its presence a pleasant rite
As it ascends with its four wings
Shifting left and right
Up and down scurrying around
Look at the dragonfly go
Lifting and lifting
Sifting its pace
A wonderful gift
watching all this take place
