who flash a life they never had

they far from solid state

I'm a hipster building stock

Rising value every hour
Business swagger
childhood glamor
buying squares not my share

Like a broke man rich
But lost his stamina
broke men look rich
in front of them cameras

Throwing up signs
with their hands
cursing more yo'
broken morales

Sagging pants baggy shirts
grown men wearing skirts
turnt up every night
tricked into a foolish life

Young man where's your pride
our civil leaders died
ancestors fought
that you be taught

You say you want equality
justice, freedom, and to honor thee
move beyond a life of sub-quality
step out and be the talk

Young woman where you stand?
quit chasing that no good man
a man lacking quality
is a boy full of poverty

Don't wait to have a family
trusting that no good man you see
invest in yourself queen

Young man respect your boundaries
don't cross a man through jealousy

stop complaining about someone else

Understand children what lame is
being turnt up till you out of shape
smoking blunts up till you outta cake
bringing children into broken homes

Breaking hearts cause the love is gone
being cold, ruthless and heartless
wanting to be feared

If this is what you've become
